Negative: Lack of communication for the heat pump. We got it there and report the heat pump was leaking, being stayed for five nights still not fixing it. Reported on the first day till the last but was no action.

Positive: The staff were so kind and happy and very welcoming, and the pool was great to have in the hot weather. The aircon was well used and needed.

Negative: Not much, it wasn’t obvious what activities were happening around town and we missed a few things because we didn’t read the book in the room early enough.

Summary: Tidy and welcoming visit. Had what you needed.
